Hotel Olden - Gstaad

I loved the quirky decor in my room and the attention to detail, especially the cute faux kitty on the chair! The sun terrace and live entertainment were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The only downside was a slight musty smell in the bathroom, but it didn't ruin my enjoyment at all. Definitely check this place out! 😄

The location was marvellous and super - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was gorgeous, they make a huge variety of meals

I greatly enjoyed absolutely perfect location of this hotel.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the main restaurant and Gstaad & the rest of the world and the mountain. I was happy to find Mcdonald's, it was not too far from the venue and served nice food. My room included central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box. Meals in the hotel were great.

no elevator, but there is a person to help with the luggage

Very nice hotel with a nice location in the center of Gstaad. Champagne in the breakfast buffet was a nice touch!

Lekker location, cozy room, fab brekkie spread! Loved the adorable decor and warm staff. Felt right at home!

The service was a bit slow, though, had to wait for a while at times.

The room was lovely, and the outside of the hotel is lovely. The breakfast was very good.

The restaurant food seemed overly expensive.

The location was excellent and our room lovely. The staff were very helpful and some came in early to prepare breakfast for us on the days we needed to be away before the restauarant opened.

Changing towels twice a day was unnecessary, particularly when most hotels these days give you the option to not have them changed every day. A sauna would have been a nice facility after a hard day's skiing but as there wasn't one we were able to get a room with a bath rather than a shower so we could soak instead.

We had Suite 19 which was super cozy with a balcony and a fine view of the Alpine village. The breakfast had an amazing variety with fresh juices and pastries. The spa facilities were great, including a sauna that was perfect after skiing. All this. The staff were attentive!

The quirky decor added fun to our visit, especially the faux cat on the chair. Be sure to enjoy the sun terrace during your stay.

Very poor wifi conection with no access from the room They should diferentiate the menu of the two restaurants and even offer a cheaper and a more expensive options They should offer a free shutle to transport guests to the slopes
